Given that it’s been two weeks since I’ve posted on here, I thought a resurrection post might be in order. What better topic for such a post than, you guessed it, Zombies!
Let’s start off with this cute zombie love song by Stephanie Mabey:
Wasn’t that sweet? It just makes me want to sing and dance to it all day.
Now I don’t know about you, but singing and dancing makes me pretty hungry. How about something to eat?
Are brain sandwiches okay? Or maybe lollipops are more your style?
And after all this singing and dancing and eating, I think maybe it would be nice to just sit down by the fire with some good poetry. What do you think?
Sound good? I thought so. Now after all that, I think it’s time for a little nap. I’ll just go curl back up in my nice warm grave, until next week…
It’s Game Day here on Reap the Geek and I will be giving you an overview of some of my recent favorite gaming subjects.
First up: Doctor Who Monopoly. It’s for the 50th Anniversary, and it looks pretty awesome. I want.
Next up: Terraria.
My boyfriend and I have been playing this a lot lately. We just beat the Wall of Flesh and got to Hard Mode. Yay! Unfortunately, I was too busy trying not to get caught on all the little buildings to take any screenshots of the fight. Suffice it to say, a Star Cannon and a Phoenix Blaster take him down pretty quick.
In other news, I’ve got a thing for goldfish.
Not in a creepy way. I just think they’re cute. Also, not in a creepy way. Stop looking at me like that.
Sadly, it is only recently that I have discovered the true wonder of YouTube. But fear not my fellow geeks! I have learned my lesson well. Truly, it is not simply for watching subbed anime when the only TV version is dubbed. In this post I will showcase a number of awesome videos I have found on YouTube recently. Behold!
Old School vs. New School video game fight. I had fun figuring out what all the games were.
The Flog, Felicia Day’s video blog. This is the first episode, but it’s my favorite so far. Felicia Day and Colin Ferguson crocheting. Badly. What’s not to love?
The beat is good and you can dance to it. I’d give it a 10. Joking, but it is a catchy tune, and it’s funny.
And last, but not least, a little 3 part gem. It’s a mash-up of Zelda/Western and I love it. I hope you will too.
